The lead time is about 7 days for 1,000 pcs, and the lead time is about 15 days for 10,000 pcs, and the lead time is about 25 days for 100,000 pcs.
Shipping
The products will be shipped from China to your countries by sea or by air, and this depends on the quantities of your orders.

2. Mold making
A mold or mould is a hollowed-out block that is filled with a metal liquid.
The liquid hardens or sets inside the mold, adopting its shape.
A mold is a counterpart to a cast.
The molds represent large capital costs.

3. Die casting
Die casting is a metal casting process that is characterized by forcing molten metal under high pressure into a mould cavity.
We will get rough personalized key chains or nail clipper components.

4. Deburring
These tools remove the jagged edges and smooth edges to a beautiful curve.

5. Drilling
This step is to drill holes in metal.
Each product will have at least one hole.
The hole could be a pivot, screw/nail hole, or just a decorative hole.

6. Cutting edge polishing
Automated CNC machines cutting, 12-24 hours tumbling, and hand polishing.

8. Laser engraving
Laser engraving works best on metal products.

Standard key rings, cow leather/flashlight, and personalized key chains are cautiously assembled by hand.

Product Loading
Cases WITH or WITHOUT pallets are loaded into the 20’GP or 40′ HIGH-CUBE shipping containers for maritime transportation.
1.FCL Ocean shipping

2.LCL Ocean shipping
- less than one container load
3.Air shipping is recommended for small quantities of goods.
